The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with ETMA Products. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase: Either at our online store, or by our freephone Service. 
Either browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout Basket' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Or if you prefer to make your purchase over the telephone rather than using the secure payment facility on-line - then please just call us free on 0800 135 7530.
We accept all Major Credit Cards.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship - even after you have completed the card payment form no money is taken from your account until we have confirmed all items purchased are in stock and are ready for delivery to you.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Security.
Credit Card Security when the order is placed at our website is our highest priority. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. All information goes direct to Royal Bank of Scotland Streamline.  We do not see any of your card information when you place an order 

Description of Goods.
All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products.
Competitor Prices.
Wherever quoted, competitor prices are from Comet, Dixon’s, Curry’s or Argos. The pricing information have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, retailers, publications, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of ETMA Products is that all prices published should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, ETMA Products cannot guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the information published. All the actions taken by the user are the responsibility of the individual.

Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of ETMA Products is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, ETMA Products cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Prices.
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.  Delivery is as selected The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Payment Methods
On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 5 days.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.

In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
Product Guarantees -General
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Privacy of information
ETMA Products is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect and use information about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect is used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We collect only your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and Credit/Debit card details. We will never use sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. ETMA Products does not sell or pass any customers personal information, including e-mail addresses to any other organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders you place with us. The information we hold will be accurate, and where necessary, kept up to date.  Information will not be kept for longer than is necessary. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us via e-mail.  Any errors you find will be corrected promptly. Data held about you will be done so securely and will not be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area. From time to time we may send you information via e-mail or post to inform you of changes to our website or inform you of special offers. We will always provide an “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” option to allow you to stop any further mailings if you wish.

Departments with Price Comparison Data
Where we are unable to offer you the most competitive prices we have integrated the latest price comparison data into the website. This will give you the customer the opportunity to find the best deal available to suit your needs. The information displayed will give you the customer the option to click the link to take you to their site. We do not endorse, sanction or approve any third party website. ETMA Products is not responsible for any third party websites data, products or service provided and we do not act as a partner to any third party unless otherwise stated.
ETMA Products assumes no responsibilty for the information created and shown by third party websites. ETMA Products has no responsibilty for any products purchased through a third party supplier and as such any problems, warranty claims or discrepancies must be made directly to the third party supplier.
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
