Our Aim
At ETMA Products we value your order no matter how large or small and it is our aim to deliver your purchase securely and safely in the most timely and cost effective way.
Delivery Times.
During the order process you will be asked to choose the most convenient day for your delivery. We currently use Parcel Force for our deliveries. We aim to deliver most other items next working day from clearance of your payment for the order , if ordered and cleared before 3pm.


Delivery Method.
To provide you with a safe and secure delivery service ETMA Products will deliver your purchase using nationally recognised couriers. In addition to having peace of mind that your product will be safe in the hands of one of the UK’s leading courier companies we give you the added advantage of including full insurance of your products during transit.

Delivery Charges.
Delivery is FREE. No hidden charges.
To ensure the highest security ETMA Products will deliver your goods to the address specified during your online purchase. Currently we deliver to all UK Mainland addresses.
We also deliver to:-
Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and the Channel Islands all of these delivery options are selectable at the basket page.

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
No Fault Returns 
If for any reason you wish to return your product you can do so up to 28 Days* from the purchase date. Provided your purchase is returned as new, in its original condition and unopened (all seals and shrink wrap intact) then we will issue you a full refund for the price you have paid less any delivery charges.
Our extended Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights and if you open the goods to inspect them you can still cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days following the day the goods are delivered as described below:
Distance Selling Regulations
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 7 working days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ with their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. If you have opened the box to examine the goods you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The goods must not have been used or assembled. You have a duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession and as such we advise you to return the goods with their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit to us. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns Authorisation number will be valid for 14 days and it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.
