Provided your purchase is returned as new, in its original condition and unopened (all seals and shrink wrap intact) then we will issue you a full refund for the price you have paid less any delivery charges.

Our extended Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights and if you open the goods to inspect them you can still cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days following the day the goods are delivered.

 



What do I do if my TV wall bracket arrives damaged, or with something missing?

Please check your TV wall bracket as soon as it is delivered; this is your responsibility. If the packaging appears to be damaged, or opened, please write to this effect on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and notify us at technical@etma-products.co.uk or phone us on 0121 559 5333 within 7 days of receipt.

 



What happens if all my packages are not delivered?

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages listed on the consignment note. If there are any packages missing please write this on the consignment note and notify us at technical@etma-products.co.uk or phone us on 0121 559 5333 within 10 days.

 



What should I do if the wrong TV wall brackets are delivered?
